Bryan and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with our move. They handled all of our furniture with great care and were very knowledgeable about disassembling and reassembling bed frames, desks, and other furniture. They also provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process and were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The whole move went smoothly, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism.

This was my first experience using professional movers and Eco Movers provided excellent service. Scheduling over the phone with Ricardo was easy and pleasant. My moving team, Jacob and Wilbur, were polite and professional in the extreme, even during unforseen interruptions to the move. They communicated clearly at all times, and made my move the easiest I've ever had. They were also very polite to my cat. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I usually dont leave reviews, but i have to with this company! To be honest, this place wasnt my first choice, but now it will always be! First off, they were very quick to accomodate me (i called them about a week before my move). Then, when my apartment i was moving into told me i couldnt have the larger elevator later than what my proosed time was, they accomodated me once more and slid my timeframe up. Then i thought they were just going to come in and grab my things and throw them into the truck (i even bought moving blankets to prepare) but Carlos L. and Luis C. went WAYY above and beyond by wrapping all my items in a moving blanket, cellophane, and then sealed with ductape (they even brought their own disposal Mattress bag!!!) they were very fast and very precise! When we arrived at my new apartment and brought my items upstairs, Carlos even put my desk and bedframe back together! I was really honestly prepared to do it myself but they took care of everything. the craziest thing is that the cost was LOWER than my move i did in 2019...considering inflation, think about how wild that is! I cannot recommend these movers enough. My next move, this'll be my first call; I plan on being a repeat customer!

Eco Movers Tacoma sent me a great team of folks to move my household items here in Olympia/Lacey. Myron, Kameron, Isaac, and Edward were great listeners and paid attention to detail. They literally rolled out the red carpet at my new place and put everything were it needed to be with precision. I am grateful for how well they worked as a team. I would definitely recommend.

This was a terrific service who communicated every step of the way. We gave them a hard job with having to deal with two sets of hard stairs between the locations, heavy items, and they were able to deliver. I appreciate that the two movers were friendly and thorough and I would be happy to call on them again!
